Hi, I’m Julia. I’m a strategic graphic designer and brand consultant who wants to change how people think about integrating design with their organization. Having “good design” isn’t just about making things look nice – it’s really about the marriage between captivating visuals and easily accessible information.
Over a decade of my 15-year career was spent at agencies before I started Bayerand with the goal of helping organizations visualize and thoughtfully build out their brands. The work I do is often in close collaboration with communicators, marketing teams, and company leaders to ensure that the smaller details of a strategy are consistent with an organization’s broader goals and messaging.
My experience and interest span across industries and stages of business development. There’s a thrill in creating something that’s never been seen before, and I aim to bring that excitement to my clients on each new project.
