Over a decade of my 15-year career was spent at agencies before I started Bayerand with the goal of helping organizations visualize and thoughtfully build out their brands. The work I do is often in close collaboration with communicators, marketing teams, and company leaders to ensure that the smaller details of a strategy are consistent with an organization’s broader goals and messaging.
